Pricing and Fees

Signature Notarization

At Secure Scan Notary, we charge a nominal fee of $15 per signature for notarization. But that’s not all – we believe in rewarding our clients for their trust. If we are notarizing multiple documents for every fifth signature we notarize, the sixth signature notarization is completely free of cost.

Mobile Notary Services

Our mobile notary services offer unparalleled convenience. The convenience fee for mobile notary services varies depending on the location. Our pricing starts at $35 for mobile notary services, and the cost may adjust based on the specific location to provide you with fair and competitive rates.

Apostille Services

For apostille services, we offer a competitive flat fee of $150. We understand the importance of authentication for international use, and our service ensures that your documents are properly authenticated and legally recognized.

Loan Signings

We offer seamless loan signing services for your convenience. Our fee is $150 – $200 for Loan Signings.

Fee Policy

Please note that the agreed-upon fee is due and payable even if the signing does not take place for any reason when the notary arrives. See cancellation policy.

County Jails

For county jail signings, we have a minimum charge of $200 to accommodate the unique requirements of these facilities.

Nighttime Signings

Our commitment to serving you extends throughout the day and night. For signings occurring between 9 PM and 8 AM, a service fee of $25-$50 will apply to ensure we continue to provide you with exceptional service even during these hours.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide optimal scheduling flexibility, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least two hour before the signing appointment. Failure to do so will result in the application of the travel fee.

Wait Time Fee

Wait fees of $1 per minute for the first hour and $2 per minute for each subsequent hour. To accommodate potential delays, we provide a 15-minute grace period at the beginning of each appointment.
